WestHost Competition Winner

Good Evening,

Apologies - it's been a while. I am currently studying with the Open University and haven't got any spare time.

But on a brighter note, I won a PHP Coding competition with this entry.

   I heard about your Sugarsync project for Linux last week and wondered what kind of time-frame you are working to in terms of the delivery of your first beta-version and subsequently final release.

   Is this project fully funded by SugarSync?

   Hi Stephen,
   The Sugarsync Linux client project is not funded at all (apart from the occasional donation) however I have requested a specific feature to the main developers at SS – but I have not heard back from them since – this is a real nuisance, as the client at the moment works – but hugely inefficient (mainly due to constant disk IO, and bandwidth use)

   Until SS contact me regarding my new feature – there may not be too much progress, as I cannot resolve these issues on my own.
